Hawkesyard Estate is the ideal backdrop for Film Shoots. Our most recent visitors from the World of TV were filming for the Gadget Show. The episode featuring Hawkesyard was aired on Channel 5 at 7pm Friday 23rd March 2018.
This is the third appearance on TV in recent times, with the Hall and The Estate grounds featuring in Salvage Hunters and Britain’s Best Bakers – a fore runner to The Great British Bake Off.
Hawkesyard has also hosted book launches with several hundred people queuing for signed copies of the Novel The Waters Edge
Business events, such as team building in Staffordshire, are also part of life at Hawkesyard and most recently congratulations must go to Conversion Rate Experts who were awarded The Queens award for Enterprise, which is one of the highest business achievement awards possible.
A presentation took place at Buckingham Palace which was soon followed with a presentation held at Hawkesyard by The Queen’s Lord Lieutenant, visiting the offices of Conversion Rate Experts, where He presented them with a commemorative crystal, certificate and Royal flag, which was raised in the Grounds of Hawkesyard during the presentation.
